Policies & Procedures
We require students to register for our courses and we do not accept registrations on a walk-in basis. However, we still do see prospective students attempt to join a scheduled class without a prior registration. As a result, and for other security reasons, we have had to remove the street addresses for our training locations from this site.
Students may register online or call to register over the phone. At that time we will be happy to provide complete details including the address to our training location for the class.
Registrations are normally prepaid in order to hold a seat in the class. However, this does not mean that your money is at risk and we understand that you may not be able to attend. If that occurs, we do ask that you let us know as soon as possible before your class date so that we may offer the seat to another student.
There is no problem in changing your class date to another date and your prepaid tuition will be applied accordingly. You will not loose your money and your registration will remain prepaid for the next class date that you select.
If the event that your situation is unique, and you will be completely unable to attend the course on a subsequent class date, you may request a refund of your tuition less an administrative fee of $10. Refund requests must be in writing via email, or placed through our contact ticket system, and will be issued within 30 days.

We do not accept walk-in registrations on the day of class in order to avoid overcrowding.
