NRA Basic Instructor Training (BIT)

The NRA Basic Instructor Training (aka “BIT”) course is a required prerequisite before attending any of the NRA instructor courses and it must have been completed within the last 24 months.  If you are planning to attend one or more instructor courses, get this course done!  BIT is not a standalone course leading to a certification.

*The NRA requires prior completion of the underlying, official NRA Basic Pistol Student course before attending the corresponding instructor course.

This is the official NRA Pistol Instructor Program consisting of both the NRA Basic Instructor Training (aka BIT) and NRA Pistol Instructor courses.  If you have not already completed the official NRA Basic Pistol Student course, call 303.309.1176 for your options.

NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO) +
NRA Chief Range Safety Officer* (CRSO)

*Prior completion of the NRA Basic Instructor Training (BIT) course within the last 24 months before attending the CRSO coure.

This is the official NRA Chief Range Safety Officer (RSO Instructor) Program.  Three courses are required: NRA BIT, NRA RSO & NRA CRSO to acquire the RSO Instructor credential. If you already have RSO, you do not need to take it again.  If you need BIT, we have it on Dec 07.  Call 303.309.1176 if you have any questions!
