This is the official, 8-hour NRA Basic Rifle Pistol Student Course in its full, instructor-led version with both classroom and live-fire range sessions. If you are brand new to firearms in general, or rifles in particular, this is an excellent first course that is open to ages 10 and up. Rifle Instructor candidates are also required by the NRA to complete this student course before they may attend the corresponding Rifle Instructor course.
